GAF recently announced its competitions for plot holders in 2026. As in previous years there is a competition for new plotholders. That is people who acquired their first plot AFTER January 2025 and so have had less than 2 years on the plot. In this case you apply for the New Plotholders Award. However this year GAF has introduced a new award The Plotting On Award which is open to anyone who has held a plot continuously for more than 2 years. The awards are sponsored by the Incorporation of Gardeners of Glasgow and the prizes are quite generous.
